Jenny is one of our registered dental hygienists. She has been working for Dr. Cascante since 2005. She was born in Miami, Florida. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and even in conversational Portuguese. She graduated from Miami Dade College in 2000, earning her Dental Hygiene Degree. She is happily married to her husband Tony and has the two most adorable children, Bryan and Sophia. Jenny loves working with patients and their needs, by helping them improve their oral health with direct care, home hygiene instruction, and education. As part of Dr. Cascante’s clinical team, and years of experience, Jenny wants to make sure patients understand the importance of keeping all their teeth, educating patients as to the link between oral health and overall health, and making sure they are part of our dental family for the long term!

Silvia is our other dental hygienist. She has been working with Dr. Cascante since 2008. She was born in Havana, Cuba, and graduated with a Dental Degree in 1986. She practiced dentistry for 12 years in Cuba. Shortly, after arriving in Miami, she obtained her Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2003. She finds her job very fulfilling and values her patients very much. She enjoys providing every patient with a wonderful and relaxing visit. She enjoys the clinical role she plays in promoting good oral health and assists patients in their co-therapy. She is very skilled in identifying oral hygiene concerns before they develop into larger problems. She along with the rest of the team is committed to serving patients with great care and understanding. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends.

Cristina has been part of our front desk team since 1992. She was Dr. Cascante’s first front desk receptionist and first dental assistant when he established his first practice. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry, from the clinical to the financial aspect. Years of experience and working closely with Dr. Cascante make her a point of contact for many of our long-time patients, as well as our new ones. Cristina’s demeanor is positive, her contagious laughter and smile make the patients feel comfortable and part of our dental family. She has been married for 20 years and has three wonderful children, Carlos, Carolina, and Corina. She enjoys traveling, and social gatherings with friends and family. Cristina is always eager to explain treatment, costs, insurance benefits, and help patients achieve their goals.

Alicia has been part of our front desk team since 2006. She has over 10 years of dental experience and has been working with patients for over 12 when she worked in the medical field. She was born in Arlington, Virginia, and moved to Miami at the age of 5. She graduated from St. Brendan High School and Miami Dade College. She has three amazing children, Jonathan, Gabriella, and Emily. She enjoys crafting and spending time with her husband, Waldo, family, and friends. At our office, Alicia serves as a treatment and financial coordinator. She is happy to explain treatment, costs and insurance benefits to the patients. Her overall goal is to make sure patients understand their treatment and costs, feel comfortable with their decision, and optimize their insurance benefits. She loves to see the smiles on patients’ faces with treatment complete, and knowing she was part of the team that helped them get there!

Veronica has been our appointment coordinator since 2008. She will usually be the first to pick up the phone, and the first you will meet when you visit our office. She loves what she does; she calls the front desk her most favorite place in the office. She enjoys welcoming our patients to our office, whether with a friendly conversation or with her award-winning Cuban coffee expertise! She was born in Lima, Peru, and moved to Miami when she was 9. She has two beautiful daughters, Adriana and Gaby, and a wonderful son, Abel. She has been married to her childhood sweetheart, Abel for 20 years. She enjoys knitting, cross-stitching, reading, going to the movies, and spending time with her family. Veronica is always happy to assist our patients with scheduling, and any other concerns.
