At Advanced Center for Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry we do everything we can to provide you and your family with exemplary dental care. As your choice among dentists in Miami, we want you to feel welcomed and as comfortable as possible throughout your treatment. Being involved in your treatment decisions necessarily includes an understanding of the treatment plan as well as your appointment and financial obligations.
Just as we are committed to providing excellent dental care, we are concerned with making it affordable to you. By reducing costly billing procedures and requesting payment at the time services are rendered, we can keep our costs down and pass the savings on to our patients. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, personal checks and cash.
‘‘I can't say enough great things about this place! I found this hidden gem on google a few years ago and have been coming here ever since. The staff is friendly and always helpful. They treat me like family. ’’

Third Party Financing & Insurance
At Advanced Center for Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry you will be made aware of all the costs associated with your dental care and cosmetic procedures so there are no surprises. Financing options for all or part of your treatment can be arranged with Capital One, CitiHealth or CareCredit which allow us to offer Interest-Free and Low-Fixed Rate payment programs, to qualified patients, which makes dental care by top dentists in Miami, like Dr. Cascante, more affordable. If you are interested in learning more about these options, please call us or check out the links below:
We also offer gradual treatment payment options on dental work that will require multiple appointments. Payment of the services can be spread over the span of treatment. The financial coordinator will be happy to assist you in developing a payment schedule.
At Advanced Center for Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry we accept most major PPO and HMO insurance plans. Your dental plan is a form of compensation provided by your employer. You can expect the carrier (insurance company) to reimburse a certain portion of our fee, or if you have a managed care plan, you are given the discounted member fee. That portion or a fee is determined by the contract between your employer and the insurance company. The higher the premium paid by your company, the more generous the reimbursement or rate maybe.
It is our pleasure to assist you in maximizing your insurance benefit by completing your claim forms. If your carrier is up to date (in over 70% of the cases), the claims will be transmitted via computer modem before the end of the treatment day! If your insurance company postpones payment for more than 60 days, we ask that you make the remaining payment while we work together to get the insurance company to pay you their obligation.
The range of benefits depends solely on what your employer wishes to purchase. Some plans cover as little as 30% or as much as 100% of dental services, with most falling in the 40% to 80% range. Many plans base the amount of benefit on a schedule of fees arbitrarily developed by insurance companies. For this reason, you may receive a lower percentage than the reimbursement level indicated in your dental plan. For example, if your plan states that it will pay 80% of the cost of a specific treatment, it means 80% of the fee arbitrarily determined by the insurance company and not the actual fee charged by our office.
As a convenience to you, we will help you process your insurance claims in order for you to receive the maximum benefit. We will also gladly provide dental x-rays and a written diagnostic report should your insurance company have any questions about the services provided.
As one of the leading dentists in Miami, you can be confident that Dr. Cascante and our team will always provide you with our best services without regard to the limitations imposed by your insurance coverage. Our office is a “health-centered” as opposed to an “insurance-centered” practice. Our treatment recommendations are based on patient needs, not their insurance benefits.
We promise to obtain on your behalf any benefits for which you may be eligible; however, we will not let insurance influence a plan that is in our opinion not in your best interest. To do otherwise would violate our contract with you — a contract we feel morally obliged to honor.
The financial obligation for the dental treatment is between you and our office. We are always here to help with any concerns you may have. If you have questions about treatments, payment, or would like to schedule an appointment with one of the top dentists in Miami, call Advanced Center for Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry today!
